The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® Real Estate Dispute Center for Real Estate was created to help parties resolve real estate disputes quickly, affordably and efficiently. We’ve helped thousands of parties through the dispute resolution process since our program was founded in 2012. Our Mediation panel consists of a pool of highly qualified and specially trained mediators to assist parties to resolve real estate disputes either virtually or in-person throughout the state. We also offer a Guided Negotiation platform to help resolve non-complex disputes that are under $25,000 as a fast and affordable initial option.  Although most matters are settled, for disputes that do not, we offer an Arbitration Referral program.
